Booking & Payment
Your place on the trip is confirmed once full payment has been received. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation by the Guest if you need to cancel your booking, the following cancellation policy applies:
We strongly recommend taking out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to cover cancellation, illness, injury and other unforeseen circumstances.
Changes to the Trip
The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the itinerary, routes, activities or accommodation where necessary due to weather, safety, operational requirements or circumstances beyond their control.
Travel Insurance
Participants are responsible for arranging suitable travel insurance for the duration of the trip. Insurance should include appropriate cover for cycling, medical expenses, repatriation and cancellation.
Cancellation by the Organiser
In the unlikely event that the trip needs to be cancelled by the organiser, customers will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the trip. The organiser cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred by the customer, including flights, transport or other travel arrangements.
