Following the end of his professional racing career, Nicolas Roche has remained deeply embedded in the world of elite cycling. Bringing his experience and insight to a wider audience, he has become a respected commentator and analyst, covering the sport’s biggest events, including the Tour de France and the UCI World Championships.
Yet stepping away from the WorldTour peloton did not mean stepping away from competition. Still driven by the thrill of racing and the desire to explore new formats of the sport, Nicolas turned his focus to gravel. Backed up by his main sponsor Bianchi, he founded his own team, NRGrvl, and quickly returned to international competition, racing and representing the rapidly evolving gravel scene at the highest level - Becoming in 2025 Master World Gravel Champion.
